In order to be treated by Mrs. Hagen (sun and age spots on my face), I traveled a long way from Karlsruhe. During a casual phone call, Ms. Hagen took a lot of time to answer my questions and impressed me with her professional manner. Ms. Daniela Hagen is a great woman. I felt very comfortable with her. I had to treat two large scars and the laser treatment is really good. I can already see quite the difference compared to before. I am really glad that I have discovered her and the laser therapy with her. The Lasers are imported from the USA and are the best on the market. I can only recommend it to everyone. Recently I started doing hair removal with her and it works wonderfully. I have no prior experience with IPL but I know from my sister that it didn’t work so well. Daniela uses a Vectus diode laser and with that, you really get great results. I can only recommend it.

Professional and efficient

I have started my acne scar laser treatment since the beginning of this year and have had a total of 3 treatments so far. My scars have visibly gotten much better and I am waiting to start again this fall.
Ms. Hagen is very friendly, professional and easy going. She is very patient and knowledgeable when explaining my questions during consultations or treatments and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed during our procedures. She also answers emails and phone calls quickly and thoroughly. I look forward to seeing her again each time before I go to the clinic. She can be trusted!
The clinic is centrally located and equipped with advanced equipment. The price-performance ratio is just great, which is not so common in Switzerland.
I would like to thank Mrs. Hagen very much and I am looking forward to continue with the treatments after the summer.
