TREATMENT PROCEDURE

The light pulse is absorbed by the hemoglobin, the blood pigment, in the blood of the vessel, where it is converted into heat. The sudden heating of the vessel causes coagulation, clotting of the blood. This prevents further blood flow through the vessel, which is now destroyed. The heat in the vessel walls causes inflammation, resulting in their adhesion. At that point, the vessel is effectively destroyed.

It takes 2 to 5 treatments at intervals of 3 to 6 weeks.

WHAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BEFORE THE PULSED LIGHT TREATMENT?

For 3 weeks before and after the treatment, avoid sunbathing, visiting a solarium, and applying self-tanning cream or any products containing acids.

WHAT DOES A TREATMENT LOOK LIKE?

In the beginning, the skin zone is measured to determine your melanin index with the Skintel (determination of your skin type), then the treatment can be started. In the end, the skin is treated with a skincare cream as well as sun protection.

HOW DOES THE TREATMENT FEEL?
